Orders over £200 – FREE
If your order is under £200 the postage cost will be automatically added to your invoice.
In the event of you not being satisfied with your purchase once it has been delivered we offer a 14-day refund policy. However we do not refund postage costs.
ZELLEY will provide a refund or exchange of goods that prove to be faulty or not satisfactory within a 14 day period from dispatch. You may also return the item/s to our Bishop’s Stortford shop. Please ensure that all the original packaging and invoice are included. We recommend that you return the items via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The return address is:

In the event of an item received being faulty please return the item to ZELLEYonLine in the original packaging with the original purchase invoice. Our Quality Control Department will examine the item and a refund will only be given if the item is confirmed to be the same one that was originally despatched and in the same condition. Refunds will not be given if the returned item arrives at ZELLEYonLine, damaged, due to unsatisfactory packing. In the event that ZELLEYonLine agree that newly delivered goods returned as faulty are genuinely faulty and have not been misused we will refund all postage costs.
When should your order arrive
All stock orders are dispatched within 3 working days by registered post, which will need to be signed for to confirm delivery has been completed. We will only dispatch items to the address that you payment card is registered under. However items can be collected from our shop in Bishop’s Stortford (See shop address on page 1). Items that have to bee ordered will be dispatched within 24 hours of the Company receiving the goods.
All our packages are sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which is one of the most secure means of transporting parcels around the country. However parcels are very occasionally are misplaced or lost in transit. If this occurs please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from date of despatch.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days of the advised delivery date an insurance claim cannot be made and as such the customer will be unable to claim against any loss from the Company.
Tracking via Royal Mail your dispatched order
The Company dispatches all orders via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and as such can be tracked via the Royal Mail web site. Once we have dispatched your order we will send you confirmation via your registered email address. Your Special Delivery consignment number will be listed along with a direct link to the Royal Mail web site where you will be able to track your parcel or parcels.
Insurance of Goods in Transit
All our items are insured whist on the Company’s premises and whilst in transit to our customer. However the insurance cover ceases once the item has been delivered and signed for. We recommend that you contact your insurance company as soon as the goods have been received.
