FAQ

Are all watches on your website in stock?
Most are but we do not stock multiples of the same watch, so if you order a watch currently out of stock we will order this from the manufacturer which can add a few more days to your delivery, for speciality watches this can be up to 3 weeks, if this is the case we will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time.

Can I collect my watch in store?
Yes we would love you to come in store where you can benefit fully from the famous Zelley service and we will fit the watch to your wrist. If you are travelling very far to us then we advise checking that the watch you are looking for is in stock.

How will my watch be shipped?
Items are shipped by Royal Mail. This method of delivery is fully insured by us and will require a signature on receipt of package by the recipient.

When will you ship my order?
If your watch is currently in stock then we will normally ship within 1-3 days after you have successfully placed your order. Please ensure you provide us with complete shipping address together with a phone number where you can be contacted. If your watch is currently not in stock we will order directly from the manufacturer which will add extra time. If your delivery status shows a delay of more than 5 business days, we will attempt to contact you. (please note for more exclusive watches the delivery time could take a number of weeks but as soon as we have a expected delivery date we will inform you)

How can I know whether my watch has been shipped?
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number for you to check the status of your delivery

Do you ship to all international locations?
No we only deliver inside the United Kingdom.

Do the watches come with guarantees?
Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee with our official distributor’s stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against workmanship faults.

Is Zelley Jewellers an authorised dealer?
Zelley Jewellers are an authorised dealer for Breitling, Chopard, Omega, Raymond Weil, Tag Heuer & Tissot, and have been in the jewellery trade for 107 years.

All watches sold from Zelley Jewellers are 100% genuine, authentic and brand new. We do sell used, previously owned watches but all shown on this website are brand new. Replica, or imitation watches are not something we offer. All of our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee with our official distributor’s stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer against workmanship faults.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via World pay, alternatively you can pay via bacs our account details are

We can not accept Gem-check, IVal, LMG, or any insurance cards on Vat free items.

The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you source for it?
We are an authorised dealer for Breitling, Chopard, Omega, Raymond Weil, Tag Heuer & Tissot, if you see a watch from either of these brands that is not listed on our website – please call  01279 654649 or email Office@zelley.com with the details and we will be happy to try to source the watch for you, please be advised that some special edition watch we can not guarantee we can get again.

What if I order a watch and don’t like it?
We only offer refunds on faulty or damaged watches please see our returns policy. If you are unsure before your purchase we recommend you come into store and see the watch before you purchase and benefit from our excellent instore service.

 Returns policy
We accept returns on faulty goods only and will refund you for your purchase under the conditions outlined below. When receiving your order you should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. If it does appear to be tampered with, you should refuse delivery.

To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 14 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the following conditions:

  • Watch in original condition with no accidental damage caused by you
  • No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
  • No resizing, altering of strap

If you receive a watch which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, please contact us immediately at office@zelley.com to inform us of the fault, or feel free to call us on 01279 654649.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, so we strongly advise you use an insured delivery service.

REFUNDS When receiving a refund back on to the credit or debit card you used for the original purchase, please remember that it takes between 3 to 5 working days from the day the refund was given to show up on your statement depending on who you bank with.
